Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential

We’re working with a highly successful and long-established construction business that continues to go from strength to strength, delivering some of the most impressive high-end residential and heritage projects in the market.

Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of work, they’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their London team.

This is an opportunity to be part of a business known for its quality, attention to detail and commitment to excellence, working on bespoke private residences and specialist refurbishments where no two projects are the same.

What will you be doing?

• Managing project costs, valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.
• Overseeing subcontractor packages, payments, and commercial performance.
• Pricing, negotiating, and agreeing variations with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitoring budgets, cash flow, and project profitability.
• Building strong relationships with clients, architects, and project teams.
• Maintaining tight commercial control while identifying opportunities to improve performance.

What are we looking for?

We’re keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors who have experience in prime residential construction, ideally with exposure to high-end refurbishments, period properties, or heritage projects.

You’ll have strong commercial awareness, a good understanding of traditional building methods and experience managing subcontractor packages, variations, and final accounts. You’ll also be proactive, commercially minded and take pride in the quality of your work.
