Location: Rainham Office

Contract: MUK778 – Residential WO

Pay Rate: £30.00 - £33.30 per hour (PAYE) — Permanent role

Hours: 40 per week, 08:00 start

Start Date: 10/08/2026

Length of Assignment: 12 months (Perm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Full commercial and contractual responsibility for running a number of projects (Estate works & Small components)
• Acting as No.1 Commercial on projects
