Quantity Surveyor
Location: South West & Wales
Start: Immediate
Duration: Permanent
We are working with a leading contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a range of re-cladding projects across the South West and Wales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing valuations, handling variations, procuring subcontractors, and ensuring projects remain commercially successful from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
- Experience working on re-cladding, façade, or external envelope projects is desirable
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- UK driving Licence
- Willingness to travel across South West England and Wales
