Birmingham City Centre
£25,500 - £35,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE £30,000 - £45,000+
Top Performers Earn £100,000+

The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process while developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing new and existing client accounts
• Winning new business through sales activity and relationship building
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
• Managing temporary and permanent recruitment campaigns
• Negotiating fees and placement terms
• Building long-term candidate and client relationships
• Achieving revenue targets and KPIs
• Delivering an exceptional recruitment experience throughout the hiring process

About You

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous recruitment experience in any sector
• Experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Delivery Consultant or Recruiter
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded and target-driven
• Ambitious, self-motivated and eager to progress
