Registered Children's Home Manager

£60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Genuine Progression

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Registered Manager within children's residential care
• Strong understanding of Ofsted and Children's Home Regulations
• Experience supporting young people with EBD needs
• Level 5 Leadership & Management or working towards it
• Proven ability to build, develop and retain strong teams
• A leader who combines high standards with genuine care and compassion
