We’re recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Domiciliary Care service in Bedford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and passionate care leader who can oversee the day-to-day running of the service, develop the care team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the day-to-day management of the Domiciliary Care service
-Lead, support and develop the care team
-Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care standards
-Manage care plans, assessments and quality assurance
-Oversee safeguarding, staff performance and service delivery
-Maintain strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals

Ideal Candidate:
-Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Domiciliary Care
-Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Experience managing and developing care teams
-Confident overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards
-Passionate about delivering outstanding home care
