Full-time, including on-call duties and flexibility to meet the needs of the home

Francis Children’s Home is a new 2-bed children’s residential home providing high-quality care and support to young people.

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Registered Manager to lead the setup and management of the home, support us through the Ofsted registration process, and ensure we are ready to deliver outstanding care. You will bring the warmth to build genuine relationships with the young people we support, alongside the rigour to keep the home safe, compliant, and Ofsted-ready.

We'd love to hear from:

• Experienced Registered Managers ready for a new challenge, or Strong Deputy Managers with 5+ years' experience who are ready to step up into registration
• You'll need: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) — or willingness to work towards it
• At least 2 years' experience in residential childcare (within the last 5 years), including at least 1 year supervising staff
• Solid knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted's inspection framework
• Confidence to lead a team, manage a budget, and stay calm when things get challenging
• Above all — genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people
