Role

• Manage your time efficiently to prioritise tasks, follow up on leads, and meet sales goals
• Maintain organised records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.

Candidate

• Proven experience and ability within a similar sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Previous experience within the Property sector desirable however, not essentail.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade customers effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Valid driving license for travel between client sites or stores as needed.
• Knowledge of IT systems, CRM tools, and basic organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Full Driving Licence and own car essential.

Package

• Basic salary to £35,000 (dependent on experience).
• Attractive on target earnings £50,000 - £60,000) which are very achievable.
