£30,000-£50,000 Year 1

£70,000-£80,000 Year 2 OTE
Uncapped Commission + Bonus

We're recruiting on behalf of a successful, established and growing manufacturing business that is expanding its internal sales team.

This is a B2B sales opportunity within a high-demand industry, selling quality consumable products to businesses across a range of sectors.

The company already has a successful sales operation in place and is looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals who are confident on the phone, enjoy winning new business and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

The role
You'll be responsible for generating new business while developing existing customer relationships.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Making 80-100 outbound calls per day to identify and qualify new opportunities
• Researching target industries and proactively developing new accounts
• Converting inbound enquiries and orders into long-term customers
• Following up leads generated through marketing and advertising campaigns
• Upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers
• Negotiating price and volume
• Building strong customer relationships and repeat business
• Working towards a £30,000 monthly sales target
• Average order value is approximately £600

The earning potential

This role offers a competitive basic salary with an uncapped commission and bonus structure, giving strong performers the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings.

Year 1: £30,000-£50,000
Year 2: £70,000-£80,000 OTE

For new business, you'll receive 10% commission on invoices, with typical orders ranging from £500 to £10,000.

There is no cap on your commission - your earning potential is directly linked to the business you generate.
