Sales Executive

Job description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Redditch for a Sales Executive on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Role:

• Contacting prospective business customers to discuss requirements
• Building strong relationships with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales
• Dealing with incoming enquiries via the business website or third party platforms
• Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Working towards monthly sales targets

Skills and experience 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Confident handling customer enquiries and converting leads into sales
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Previous sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential

Package and benefits

• £25,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission structure
• Warm leads provided with no cold calling
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
