Security Service Manager – CCTV & Access Control
£45,000–£55,000 DOE + company vehicle
Harlow / London

We’re looking for an experienced security professional to lead a service and maintenance team covering London and the suburbs. Ideally, you’ll live within 30 minutes of Harlow.

You’ll need:

• Strong technical experience in CCTV and access control systems.

• Experience supervising, training and mentoring engineers.

• The ability to manage service workloads, audit work quality and maintain high standards.

• Confidence handling clients, quotations and small works.

• A willingness to be hands-on when required.

Company vehicle, laptop, mobile and pension provided, with holiday entitlement increasing with service.
