Male Teaching Assistant (SEMH Support) - Dagenham

We are looking for a dedicated Male Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Dagenham and work with pupils who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and behavioural challenges.

Essential Requirements: ✅ Previous SEMH experience is essential
✅ Experience supporting children with behavioural needs
✅ Strong behaviour management skills
✅ Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
✅ Resilient, patient and proactive approach

The successful candidate will support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them engage with learning, develop positive behaviours, and reach their full potential.
