Are you an experienced Groundworker or Labourer looking for a stable, long-term role with a growing environmental services business?

MEL Environmental Solutions Ltd, part of the Adler & Allan Group, is recruiting two Semi-Skilled Groundworkers/Labourers to join our specialist team in Dartford. We deliver property restoration and pollution response services across the UK, helping homeowners and insurers recover from environmental incidents such as domestic oil spills.

This is a hands-on role offering a variety of work, excellent job security, and the opportunity to develop your skills within a respected industry leader.

Working alongside Senior Technicians and Builders, you will assist with the restoration of residential properties affected by pollution incidents. Duties will include:

• Groundworks and excavation works
• Hand digging and site preparation
• Installing drainage systems
• Concreting and reinstatement works
• Assisting with building and restoration activities
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
• Supporting quality, environmental and health & safety standards
• Undertaking additional site tasks as required

Experience in a multi-skilled construction, groundwork or labouring role

Practical experience with:

• Hand digging
• Groundworks
• Drainage installation
• Concreting

• CSCS Card (essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Mini Digger and/or Dumper experience (desirable but not essential)
• Flexible approach and willingness to travel and stay away during the week when required

• Competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000
