£25,500 - £40,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE £30,000 - £45,000+
Full-Time | Permanent
7:30am-4:30pm (Reduced Hours During School Holidays)

Smile Education is growing its Special Educational Needs (SEN) division and is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to develop a specialist 360 recruitment desk. You'll work with SEN schools, alternative provisions and specialist education settings, helping them recruit Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff who make a real difference to children's lives.

The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building and growing your own specialist SEN desk.
Key responsibilities include:

• Developing relationships with SEN schools and education providers
• Winning new business through sales activity, networking and referrals
• Managing and growing client accounts
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing SEN education professionals
• Building candidate pipelines and running recruitment campaigns
• Managing temporary and permanent placements
• Conducting client visits and school meetings
• Negotiating rates, margins and placement terms
• Achieving KPIs, revenue targets and career progression goals

About You

You'll have:

• A full UK Driving Licence
• Recruitment, sales, business development or other transferable commercial experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A target-driven and commercially focused mindset
• Resilience, self-motivation and ambition
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
