Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Gainsborough, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential. You will create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment, plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs, and work collaboratively with support staff to promote pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal SEN Teacher will have previous experience working within a specialist SEN setting, a patient, caring and adaptable approach to supporting children with SEN and SEMH, strong classroom management and communication skills, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in children's lives.
