The home accommodates 32 residents across two thoughtfully designed households, creating a friendly atmosphere where residents are encouraged to maintain their independence while receiving the care they need.

The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exceptional care while providing leadership to the care team throughout the night.

Working closely with residents, families, nurses and colleagues, you will help ensure the highest standards of care are maintained while creating a safe, calm and supportive environment overnight. You will lead by example, oversee the smooth running of the night shift and ensure residents receive outstanding, person-centred care at all times.
