Senior Change Manager – Major Infrastructure

Job description

Conrad Consulting is recruiting an experienced Senior Change Manager to support a major infrastructure programme.

You will lead change control activities, assess the cost, programme and risk implications of proposed changes, and support governance and approval processes across a complex project environment.

Requirements:

• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong change management and change control expertise.
• Experience assessing cost, schedule and risk impacts.
• Ability to prepare change reports and support governance decisions.
• Experience on major infrastructure programmes preferred.

Relevant sectors include nuclear, energy, rail, aviation, utilities, highways and defence.

Hybrid working is available, with site attendance in Suffolk approximately one to two days per week.
