Senior Hardware Engineer

ARCA is working with an engineering business seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to support the design and development of electronic systems for advanced electrification applications.

The position offers a mix of hands-on hardware design, development and verification, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance electronic systems.

We're keen to speak with engineers who have experience in:

• Electronic hardware design and development.

• Analogue and digital circuit design.

• Schematic capture and PCB development.

• Hardware testing, debugging and verification.

• Power electronics, motor control or high-voltage electrical systems.

• Supporting hardware designs through development, validation and release.

Experience within aerospace, automotive, electric vehicles or other technically demanding engineering environments would be relevant.
