- Adopt an agentic-first development workflow (using tools like Cursor and Claude) to accelerate delivery and prototyping.
- Translate complex regulatory, privacy, and safety mandates into clean, reliable technical implementations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across product, legal, policy, and design.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of professional iOS development experience with modern Swift and Cocoa design patterns.
- Agentic workflow adoption: Hands-on experience integrating tools like Cursor and Claude into daily engineering.
- Platform & API design: Proven track record building shared components with a focus on backward compatibility and client-server integration.
- Safety & privacy mindset: Genuine interest in designing compliant, secure experiences for young audiences.
- Collaborative leadership: Strong cross-functional communication and a team-over-self mentality.
- Bonus: Prior exposure to C++ or Android development.
