At bpha, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to play a key role in supporting leaders, developing people solutions and helping the organisation deliver its ambitions.

This is an opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing strategic advice and practical support on a wide range of people matters. You'll lead a team of People Partners, help shape organisational decisions and bring expertise to complex employee relations and change situations.

We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships, provide trusted advice and balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.

What will you be doing?

As our Senior People Partner, you will:

  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of People Partners, helping them grow, develop and perform at their best.
  • Create a high-performing partnering function built on accountability, consistency and excellent service.
  • Balance workloads, allocate resources effectively and ensure priorities are delivered.
  • Partner with senior leaders to turn strategic business objectives into impactful people plans.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, organisational change programmes and consultation activity.
  • Use people insights, data and commercial awareness to influence decision-making at a senior level.
  • Bring clarity and confidence to challenging situations, helping leaders navigate change and complexity successfully.

What you'll bring:

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong people leadership.

  • Significant experience leading, managing and developing successful HR or People teams.
  • A passion for coaching and empowering others to achieve their full potential.
  • Strong People Partnering experience within a complex organisation.
  • The credibility and confidence to influence, challenge and support senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases, organisational change and consultation processes.
  • Excellent judgement, commercial awareness and the ability to balance people needs with business objectives.
  • The resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Why join bpha?

At bpha, people are at the heart of everything we do. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by developing a strong and capable People Partnering team while helping our leaders make informed, confident decisions that support our colleagues and our organisation.

You'll join a collaborative and purpose-driven organisation where your expertise will be valued, your voice will be heard, and your contribution will help shape the future of our people agenda.

If you're a people-centred leader who enjoys building capability, influencing change and delivering strategic impact, we'd love to hear from you.
