Job Description:

Senior Site Manager / Site Manager – Car Showroom

Location: Kent  

Salary: £270 - £350 DOE

Start Date: Late August

We're looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new build and refurbishment car showroom project.

Essential requirements:

• Proven experience delivering car showroom/dealership projects
• Strong track record managing live construction sites from start to finish
• Excellent leadership, programme management and H&S knowledge
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and maintain high-quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS Card

Previous experience on steel frame new build projects, car show rooms is essential
