🚧 EXPERIENCED SITE MANAGER REQUIRED - BRIGHTON

📍 Location: Brighton Arches Project
💷 Rate: £300-£325 per day (PAYE)
📅 Duration: Long-term opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple construction packages on a major project in Brighton, with a particular focus on RC frame, piling and groundworks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and driving progress across multiple work packages while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety and quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating RC frame, piling and groundworks packages.
• Overseeing subcontractors, site teams and daily construction activities.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
• Monitoring progress, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
• Coordinating trades and maintaining effective communication across the project team.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and quality standards.
• Reporting on progress and supporting the successful delivery of key milestones.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on major construction projects.
• Strong experience with RC frame, piling and groundworks packages.
• Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple packages and drive programme delivery.
