• Aylesford, Kent (free parking on-site)
• £14.00 - £15.00 per hour DOE
• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (finish at 4.30pm on a Friday!)
• Temporary assignment for several months
• Fully office based

Office Angels are proud to be recruiting for a Temporary Service Administrator on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Aylesford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with strong coordination skills to join a busy operations team.

As a Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the scheduling function, ensuring engineers and subcontractors are effectively coordinated while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.

• Scheduling and coordinating engineering and subcontractor work activities
• Booking planned works with customers and arranging permits where required
• Updating customer portals and internal scheduling systems
• Assigning and distributing jobs to engineers and subcontractors
• Managing scheduling enquiries via phone and email
• Chasing outstanding reports and documentation from engineers and subcontractors
• Processing job-related documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Producing and updating Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
• Monitoring reports and ensuring all compliance documentation is up to date
• Supporting daily operational planning and out-of-hours rota coordination

• Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, administration, or operations support role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM or scheduling systems
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with a strong team ethic
