• Based in Maidstone, Kent

• £40-45k Yearly Package

• Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM - 6PM + Saturday Morning Rota (Paid as Overtime)

Monday Matters Recruitment is proud to be recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Service Supervisor to join a busy and growing Aftersales department within a well-established automotive business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in building and developing a successful Service operation from the ground up. The position offers a clear pathway toward a future Service Manager role for the right candidate.

The Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a new Service department, ensuring excellent customer service standards, smooth workshop operations, and consistent departmental performance. You will work closely with senior management to support wider Aftersales objectives while helping shape and grow the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising the daily operation of the Service department

• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high satisfaction levels

• Supporting and developing team members within the Aftersales function

• Managing service reception activities and customer communication

• Assisting in driving departmental efficiency and performance

• Working collaboratively with senior management on departmental goals and growth plans

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong background in Service Reception or customer-facing automotive environments

• Demonstrates leadership ability and confidence managing people

• Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills

• Is ambitious, proactive, and eager to progress into a future management role

• Has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Can work effectively in a fast-paced Aftersales environment
