Site Manager – M&E Background
Location: Luton
 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a project based in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with an M&E background who has a strong track record of delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and supporting the successful delivery of the project programme.

Key Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS qualification
• Valid First Aid at Work certificate
• Valid CSCS card
• Strong site management experience within an M&E environment
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety procedures and site compliance
• Ability to manage subcontractors, programmes, and site activities effectively

Desirable Qualifications:

• PASMA ticket
• Basic Scaffold Inspection qualification
• Experience working on commercial or M&E-led projects

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organised Site Manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and delivery.
