Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a high-end residential swimming pool project in Sevenoaks, Kent - Starting in September.

📍 Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
⏱️ Duration: 30 weeks
🔨 Project: High-end residential swimming pool
📈 Long-term work: Available after this project for the right person

We’re looking for someone who is confident managing a site, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining high standards of health & safety, and ensuring the project stays on programme and is delivered to an exceptional standard.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven Site Management experience
• Experience in high-end residential construction or specialist projects
• Strong subcontractor and trade management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, organised approach
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS

This is a great opportunity to work on a prestigious residential project, with the potential for ongoing work beyond the initial 30-week contract
