Site Supervisor

Job description

Freelance Site Manager / Site Supervisor required to work on a water infrastructure project, starting 09th November. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and managing the site workforce.

The role will be to supervise piling and concrete works for a reinforced concrete headwall refurbishment, along with associated water infrastructure works. The successful candidate will ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience on civils/water infrastructure projects
• Strong background in groundworks, drainage and pipework
• Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors
• Good understanding of construction methods and site operations
• Strong focus on health & safety and quality
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
• Relevant CSCS / SMSTS  & First Aid qualifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Remuneration:

• £300 to £350 per day, dependent on experience
