Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Skilled Groundworker to join our team on a project based in IP17 1UT, starting Monday 2 November 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Must have CSCS
• Must have experience in all aspects of ground works from foundations, Drainage and kerb laying 
• Carry out general groundworks duties on site.
• Install drainage, ducting and underground services where required.
• Undertake excavation, foundations, concreting and kerbing.
• Read and follow site drawings and instructions.
• Operate relevant tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.
• Work effectively as part of a team and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a skilled groundworker.
• Good understanding of construction site health and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant CSCS card and qualifications where required.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
