Your new company
We are currently looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer / Pre-Plaster Labourer to work on a busy new build housing development in Wrexham.The role will involve carrying out pre-plaster works and preparing properties to ensure they are ready for the plastering teams. We're looking for someone who is confident working independently, has good attention to detail and understands the standards required on new build sites.

Your new role

• Completing general pre-plaster works
• Preparing walls and surfaces ahead of plastering
• Filling gaps, holes and imperfections
• Applying expanding foam and sealants where required
• Minor patching and making-good works
• Removing excess materials and cleaning down surfaces
• Checking plots for defects prior to plastering
• Using hand and power tools
• Assisting trades where required
• Keeping plots and working areas clean and tidy
• Following site health & safety procedures

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous pre-plaster / skilled labouring experience
• Experience working on new build housing sites
• Valid CSCS card
