📢 Job Opportunity: Sous Chef📍 Location: North Wales
📅 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Duration: Ongoing
🕒 Hours: 37 hours per week – Full-time
Xede Education is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join a busy catering team at an Educational Facility on an ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated chef to bring their skills to a professional kitchen.
The role will provide cover until a permanent recruit is appointed.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Professional Cookery, or equivalent
- Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene qualification, or willingness to achieve this upon appointment
- Allergen Awareness training
- HACCP training
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration required
