We are recruiting for a Spare Parts Coordinator on behalf of our client within the manufacturing and equipment sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join a busy team and play a key role in supporting customers across the spare parts function.

The Role

As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and spare parts orders, ensuring a smooth process from quotation through to dispatch. Working closely with internal teams, you will help maintain high service levels while resolving customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer spare parts enquiries via phone and email, providing a professional and efficient service.
• Prepare quotations and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor orders from placement through to delivery, keeping customers informed of progress.
• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate orders and resolve any issues relating to stock, delivery or availability.
• Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with order and customer information.
• Build strong relationships with customers while delivering a high level of service and support.

About You:

As Spare Parts Coordinator, we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing, service-based or order processing role.
• Qualification in Business Administration is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
