Sprayer – Bespoke Furniture & Joinery
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent / Full Time

We are working with an established bespoke joinery and furniture manufacturer who are looking for an experienced Sprayer to join their workshop team.

The company produces high-quality bespoke furniture and joinery, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and deliver a premium finish across different materials and surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Spray and finish bespoke furniture, cabinetry and joinery to a high standard.

• Prepare surfaces through sanding, filling, priming and masking.

• Apply paints, lacquers, stains and other specialist finishes.

• Work with different materials, including solid timber, veneers and MDF.

• Ensure all finished products meet the required quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised spray booth and workspace.

• Follow health and safety procedures when handling paints, lacquers and chemicals.

Skills and Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sprayer within bespoke furniture, joinery or cabinetry.

• Experience using spray equipment and applying a range of finishes.

• Strong knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques.

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing a high-quality finish.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a workshop team.

• Good understanding of workshop health and safety procedures.
