Storesperson

Location: Near Camberley
Contract: Permanent

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Storesperson to help keep parts and materials moving efficiently through a busy production environment. You’ll work with colleagues across different teams, making sure items are checked, stored and available where they’re needed.

What you’ll do

• Receive deliveries and check items against the accompanying information.
• Keep stock records and storage areas organised and accurate.
• Pick components for production kits, replenishments and customer orders.
• Package goods ready for dispatch and arrange internal deliveries and collections.
• Carry out basic checks on incoming parts, such as counting and measuring.
• Follow safe handling procedures, including manual handling and relevant COSHH guidance.
• Help maintain a clean, safe working area and suggest practical ways to improve accuracy and efficiency.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be organised, attentive to detail and comfortable working as part of a team. You should also be willing to learn, take initiative and adapt to a variety of tasks.

A full UK driving licence is essential. Previous stores or production experience would be helpful, as would familiarity with stock control systems. Experience handling electronic or electro-mechanical components, basic component inspection, or lithium battery packing is also useful. A current forklift licence is an advantage.

GCSE English or equivalent is desirable.

Security clearance

Security clearance will be required following appointment. Applicants must be UK nationals, must not hold dual nationality, and must be able to provide evidence of five years’ UK residency.
