Support Worker – Mickleburgh Hill, CT6 6JZ

We are looking for Male and Female Support Workers to join our team supporting a client in the Mickleburgh Hill area.

Requirements:

• First Aid qualification

• PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) training

• Previous care/support experience is desirable

• Reliable, caring and compassionate approach

• Ability to work as part of a professional support team

Shift Patterns:

• 7:15am – 9:00pm

• 9:00pm – 7:15am

The successful candidates will provide person-centred support, promote independence and dignity, follow support plans and contribute to maintaining the client’s safety and wellbeing at all times.
