Business & Economics Teacher – Secondary School

Location: North West London
Contract: Full-time, long-term supply
Duration: Until Easter, with the potential to extend until July 2027
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

Strategy Education is working with a secondary school in North West London that is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Business & Economics Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be confident teaching both Business and Economics up to KS5 (A-Level) and will be able to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support students in achieving their academic potential.

This is a long-term supply opportunity initially running until Easter, with the possibility of continuing until the end of the academic year in July 2027.

Requirements

• Experience teaching both Business and Economics at secondary level, including A-Level.

• The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5, as required.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• QTS or QTLS is desirable; candidates with relevant teaching experience but without these qualifications will also be considered.

Safeguarding

The successful candidate will be required to undertake relevant safeguarding and pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check, in line with current safer recruitment guidance.
