Job Type: Full-Time Long Term (5 days a week), Day to Day Supply

Pay Rate: £95-£105 per day

Supply Staff Ltd is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in Nailsea. These opportunities are ideal for candidates who enjoy helping children learn, develop confidence and make progress in the classroom.

We welcome applications from experienced Teaching Assistants seeking flexible supply work or longer-term placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils with classroom activities and learning tasks.

• Work alongside teachers to support lesson delivery.

• Provide individual and small-group learning support when required.

• Encourage positive behaviour, participation and independence.

• Help maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.

• A patient, positive and adaptable approach.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
