Start Date: 2nd November 2026
Daily Rate: Up to £105 per day, depending on experience

Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils' academic progress, confidence, and development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of daily lessons and classroom activities.
- Providing additional support to individual pupils and small groups.
- Helping children stay focused, engaged, and confident in their learning.
- Encouraging pupils to develop independence and positive learning habits.
- Assisting with the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials.
- Supporting classroom routines and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Helping to create an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
- Reinforcing learning through targeted activities and additional support.
- Supporting pupils' social and emotional development where required.
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to meet pupils' individual needs.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working with children, ideally within a school, nursery, or similar setting.
- Is enthusiastic about supporting children's education and development.
- Is patient, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can follow the direction of the class teacher while also showing initiative.
- Is adaptable and comfortable supporting children with different abilities and learning needs.
- Is reliable, professional, and committed to safeguarding.
- Works well as part of a wider school team.
- Is available to start on 2nd November 2026.
