Job description

Our client, a leading organisation in the submarine solutions and engineering sector, is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support administration and stakeholder coordination in Coventry. This is a 12-month contract offering a fully site-based working environment in a front-facing role.

• Providing efficient administrative and coordination support across technical activities
• Acting as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Managing communications, information and documentation accurately and effectively
• Coordinating meetings, actions and follow-up activities to support operational delivery
• Maintaining organised records and ensuring information is shared with the appropriate teams
• Building positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Supporting the wider team with general administration and coordination tasks as required

• Experience in administration, coordination or a similar office-based role
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships professionally
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems
• A proactive, reliable and professional approach to work
• Ability to work full time on site in Coventry
