The role of the Technical Sales Advisor – Waterproofing Systems will involve:

• Technical Sales Advisor position supporting and selling a range of structural waterproofing systems
• The majority of your time will be acting as first line technical support to merchants, contractors, installers and housing associations for all queries relating to central heating products
• The remainder of your time offering technical support to internal teams
• Fielding inbound telephone queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Carry out product training and answer questions for both colleagues and customers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
• Working closely with other Technical Sales Advisors

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Advisor – Waterproofing Systems with:

• Must have Sales experience dealing with specialist building products or closely related: liquid applied, roofing, waterproofing or a closely related product or system)
• Would be greatly beneficial to have knowledge specifically with Waterproofing Systems
• Advantageous to have a technical mind-set with the ability to understand product specifications.
• Positive telephone manor with the ability to resolve customer queries in a professional manor
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Stable career history
