I am seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Maidstone, Kent. Somebody who has a passion for making a genuine difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

✨ About You

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN is desirable, but not essential
• A genuine passion for SEN education and making a positive difference
• Adaptable and able to respond to the individual needs of each pupil, both in the classroom and with personal care
• Resilient and calm when faced with challenging situations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confident supporting individual needs, behaviours and emotional regulation
• Committed to safeguarding and pupil well-being
• Reliable, enthusiastic and willing to learn
