Conveyancing Legal Administrator / Graduate Opportunity

Are you a recent Law Graduate looking to start your legal career with a well-established and supportive law firm?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our clients Conveyancing team, providing administrative and client support while gaining valuable hands-on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your legal knowledge and build a long-term career in conveyancing.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and typing correspondence, legal documents and client letters
• Answering telephone calls and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing and updating client records and files
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including scanning, filing and document preparation
• Arranging appointments and liaising with clients, estate agents and third parties
• Updating information on the firm's case management system
• Assisting fee earners with the progression of conveyancing matters
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure a high level of client service
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• A Law degree, Legal Studies qualification
• A genuine interest in pursuing a career within Conveyancing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• A positive, professional and proactive attitude
• A willingness to learn and develop within a legal environment
