Trainee Property Manager

Bournemouth | £28,000-£33,000 DOE
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

We're looking for an organised, customer-focused Trainee Property Manager to support the management of residential blocks and developments, with training from an experienced team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries from residents, clients and contractors.

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractor visits.

• Assist with property inspections and follow-up actions.

• Maintain accurate property and compliance records.

• Support service charge budgets, insurance queries and residents' meetings.

About you:

You'll have strong communication and organisation skills, good attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office. Experience in property administration, customer service or a busy office would be beneficial.

A full driving licence and your own car are essential.
