What you’ll be doing

• Load and unload parcels at the depot before and after your route
• Follow planned delivery routes across Maidstone and nearby areas, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries
• Provide friendly, professional service at every stop
• Use handheld scanners to record deliveries and collections accurately
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance issues
• Keep your vehicle clean, organised and roadworthy

What we’re looking for

• Full, valid UK Driving Licence held for at least 12 months
• Confident driving of 3.5 tonne vans
• Good local route knowledge of Reading and surrounding areas
• Reliable, flexible and customer-focused attitude
• Physically fit and able to lift parcels up to 25–30kg
• Strong communication and time management skills
