Office Angels are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Administrator to join their busy and fast-paced operation in Snodland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator with warehouse administration knowledge who is available immediately and can commit to a temporary assignment for approximately 5 weeks.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the warehouse operation, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Duties Include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers via telephone and email

• Liaising with customers and providing timely updates on order status

• Booking in goods-in deliveries from third-party suppliers

• Entering and updating jobs on the warehouse management system

• Proactively tracking orders and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process

• Coordinating with warehouse operatives to issue work and track completion

• Reviewing reports and working with the wider team to identify opportunities for performance improvements

• Supporting the achievement of warehouse KPIs

• Ensuring warehouse regulations and Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times

• Providing general administrative support to the warehouse operation

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous warehouse administration experience is essential

• Experience using Mansoft is essential

• Strong administrative and data entry skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Confident liaising with customers and colleagues at all levels

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritise workload within a busy environment

• Available to start immediately
