Warehouse Logistics Manager

Location: Chandlers Ford
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Start Date: November 2026

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Logistics Manager to join a team based in Chandlers Ford. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse and logistics experience who enjoys overseeing day-to-day operations, keeping things running smoothly and ensuring everything is organised and efficient.

The role will initially be temporary, with the potential for a permanent position for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure everything runs efficiently.
• Managing stock control and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Organising warehouse activities and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Supporting and coordinating warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Ensuring the warehouse remains organised, safe and compliant with health and safety procedures.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Liaising with suppliers, couriers and internal teams to resolve any logistical issues.

About You

• Must have management experience. 
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
• A practical, hands-on approach to managing day-to-day operations.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• A forklift licence or previous forklift experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
