Warehouse Operative / Supervisor (Quality Control)

Location: Sidcup, Kent
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum + Quarterly Bonus + Outstanding Benefits

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative or Warehouse Supervisor with a background in Quality Control? Do you enjoy identifying improvements, maintaining high standards, and making a real impact?

We're recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing manufacturing business that supplies high-quality products across the UK and international markets. This role would suit someone who has worked within Goods In, Goods Out, Warehouse Quality, Manufacturing, or Production, and has a strong understanding of quality standards and compliance.

This isn't a business where you'll be expected to simply "do your job." They're looking for someone who wants to contribute ideas, improve processes, reduce waste, and help drive the business forward. If you've previously streamlined a process, identified cost savings, or often find yourself thinking "there's a better way to do this," you'll fit in well here.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Previous experience within a Quality Control, Goods In, or Goods Out environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate record-keeping and organisational skills.

Desirable

• Experience raising and managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
