Shift Details

• Hours: 15:00pm – 22:30pm
• Days: 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operative at Qube in Aylesford, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring parcels are processed quickly and safely to reach customers on time. Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll be responsible for sorting parcels, loading vans, and keeping the warehouse running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort parcels efficiently according to delivery routes.
• Load vans safely and securely to ensure timely deliveries.
• Work to deadlines to keep operations running on schedule.
• Handle parcels with care to minimise damage.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow health & safety and manual handling guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily targets.

What We’re Looking For In a Warehouse Operative

• Reliability and good timekeeping.
• Ability to work on your feet and carry out manual handling.
• A strong team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential—full training provided.
