Job Description:

Locations: Sittingbourne Depot
Salary: £12.50-13.00 per hour
Contract Hours: 45 hours per week

NEOS Engineering Recruitment are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a growing team at our client depot in Scotland and Sittingbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with warehouse experience and a mechanical mindset to join a busy operational environment.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and safely.

• Carry out general warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to safely move materials around the facility
• Use CRM/inventory systems to track stock levels and manage orders
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Follow all health & safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Support the wider team with daily warehouse operations

We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a busy warehouse environment.

• Previous warehouse experience or experience in a similar environment preferred
• Mechanical knowledge and confidence operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts
• Strong attention to detail with good accuracy when picking and packing orders
• Ability to complete physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
• Good communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork
