We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established warehouse team in Snetterton. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Using handheld scanners to locate, track and process stock.
• Preparing orders and goods for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Shift Pattern

• Sunday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 14:00

Additional Benefit: Earn a £40 weekly attendance bonus!

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous warehouse experience (essential).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A reliable and hardworking attitude.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, target-driven environment.
• A positive team spirit and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Your own transport, as the site location makes this essential.
