WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES – MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Location: Milton Keynes (MK17)
Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour
Contract: Temporary with the opportunity to go Permanent

brand-new e-commerce operation in Milton Keynes, and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join the team.
With
multiple positions available across different warehouse departments, this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved from the very beginning, earn a competitive £14.42 per hour and potentially secure a permanent position.
Whether you're an experienced warehouse operative or simply looking for a fresh start, full training will be provided. All we ask is a positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to get stuck in!
WHICH DEPARTMENT COULD BE RIGHT FOR YOU? We have opportunities across several areas of the warehouse:
- Inbound Operations: Receiving deliveries, checking stock and processing incoming goods.
- Outbound Operations: Picking, packing and preparing customer orders ready for dispatch.
- Inventory: Carrying out stock checks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring stock levels are correct.
- Sortation: Sorting, handling and moving parcels throughout the warehouse. Please note that this department involves heavier manual handling.
- General Warehouse: Supporting daily warehouse activities and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
SHIFT PATTERNS AVAILABLE A variety of shift patterns are available to suit different availability:
06:00 – 14:00- Sunday – Thursday
- Tuesday – Saturday
- Friday – Tuesday
- Wednesday – Sunday
- Thursday – Monday
- Wednesday – Saturday
07:00 – 15:00- Sunday – Thursday
- Tuesday – Saturday
- Friday – Tuesday
- Wednesday – Sunday
- Thursday – Monday
- Wednesday – Saturday
07:30 – 18:00Weekend availability may be required depending on the department and shift pattern.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Depending on your assigned department, your responsibilities may include:
- Picking, packing and processing customer orders.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock.
- Sorting and moving parcels around the warehouse.
- Completing stock checks and inventory tasks.
- Moving goods safely and efficiently.
- Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Following warehouse procedures and health and safety guidelines.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We want people who are:
- Reliable, punctual and committed to their shifts.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced warehouse.
- Physically fit for roles involving manual handling.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a good approach to their work.
- Flexible with shift patterns where required.
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but
